Was booked for this place with the company I work for, had a few days of work in Oliver. Cheap prices and good customer service. You get what you pay for and more. If your expecting the Ritz look elsewhere but it's your typical Motel with the basics for accommodation, the difference being is the staff is very friendly and actually recommended me some places to go to and to avoid as tourist traps. They also have pool! Will be going again for work reasons and more than happy to go to Cactus Inn for it. It's on the Main Street near mostly everything so super convenient.

We had an amazing experience during our weekend! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Will definitely stay there again.

We stayed 1 night. Price is reasonable, room was clean and nice, the place was quiet.
The staff were really polite and great to deal with. I would stay here again next time I'm in Oliver.

We needed 1 night stop and this place is a gem. Wish we were staying longer. They have tables and BBQ so we could eat outside. Our key requirements are clean room, comfy bed, quiet. Excellent for all these. Bonus is downtown location. Definitely pride of ownership.

Spent the night here while doing the typical wine tours. Checkin and Checkout was super convenient through quick text communication. The room was nice with real wood furniture and the bed was decently comfortable. Sheets and bedding smelled fresh. Airconditioning worked well. The building is older so the amenities are a bit dated but that is to be expected. The pool was not open for our stay. If you are on a budget and need a place to stay in Oliver while doing the wine tours I definitely recommend the Cactus Tree Inn.

I have stayed at the Cactus Tree Inn five times before, since I race in a local triathlon every year. It’s clean, it’s quiet, it’s minutes away from restaurants snd grocery stores AND the start line of my race!!! Wonderfully hot showers, a fully stocked kitchennette, bug room with space for my bike and gear. The golden ticket: great price!

I was referred to the Cactus Tree Inn by the owner of another hotel nearby, who did not have vacancy. We called and booked at short notice and had no issues getting a ground floor room and accomodation for our dog. No issues with water pressure or hot water but the motel is dated so keep your expectations in check. There is only a TV that has cable and no streaming, although the WIFI is good. Small fridge was handy and bed was comfy and clean. All in all worth the room charge.
