Unbelievable!! Waiting 1.5 hours in lineup. So far! Two tellers only but they are actually sales people so they’re trying hard to sell travel insurance and taking FOREVER to explain everything to every customer. In the meantime there are 3 other staff at desks doing absolutely nothing. Get a better system folks!!

Rohit on the customer service line was absolutely horrible. 0 stars. Didn’t give me a reference number then hung up on me. When I called back he said hung up on me again because it was 5pm and he was off shift and he didn’t want to deal with it. I’ve been stranded with a flat tire for three hours. Stop hiring these stupid lazy people that don’t speak proper English or care about helping people. Horrible service.

Tried calling several times and left voice messages for a call back to book an appointment for a trip booking. No one returns the calls and they are not open weekends or after 5 so those of us who work mon to fri cannot get any service.

Customer service sucks! No one answers the phone except answering machine and takes forever to get a call back! Store only open until 5 every night? What do people do that need to come in to get stuff and work until 5 themselves? Not very helpful at all!
I did make it into Newmarket location one day and felt like I was inconveniencing them to get maps as there was no one else in there but one other customer and 5 staff with 4 doing nothing especially not answering the phones!

Went in to purchase Trip/Medical insurance.
Busy location is not a full staff , so there's a wait. However, once you get to the counter, the service is great.
