Very helpful and many costumer service I just come in they call me and I ask about the photo picture for the passport , She told me for CAA members free no charge and for my wife they charge me only $10.00 its amazing deal and perfect service, Thank You .

Store looked great. Staff seemed unenthusiastic and not proactive. Was disappointed that more detailed maps and guide books are no longer provided. Will be reconsidering my Plus membership. Been a loyal CAA member for 35 years and buy annual Plus memberships for the whole family. But it seems CAA just doesn't have the value it once had.

In person Service was excellent. We've in to get my son's passport pictures done. The service was fast and easy.

The only reason for a 4 star review is that I was trying to call the store for over an hour and no one picked up. I finally just drove there and let them know that I had tried to get a hold of them and they said that they don't answer their phones, it's only in person. Not sure why they have a phone number then.

Went in to get my IDP and was happy with how quick the process was. Unfortunately, the employee who completed my permit made an error (set my home address wrong) so I had to make the trip back to get this fixed. The employee was unapologetic and seemed bothered on my returned, which left a sour impression on the Markham CAA location.

Hoping this was just a one off as the rest of my experiences have been great.

I had an amazing experience at this CAA store in Markham. I went in to get an International License and walked out with it in just ten minutes. The store also has a great selection of travel essentials. Based on my experience today, I highly recommend this location!

Very nice staff and service!! However they do charge $19.95 plus tax for 2 passport photos which I thought was pretty expensive if you are not a CAA member. I later found I could have gotten 2 passport pictures at the UPS store for $14.99 as per their website.
Next time I'll save 25%!!!
