This is my first time making travel plans, and Alexandra (Alex) was super helpful and very patient. She went far above and beyond to help complete our flight bookings when technology was not agreeing with us. She made the whole situation so much better by being pleasant and funny. Went for passport pics. Lady at counter was great. Courteous and prompt. Got the pics taken and received the prints in less than 5 mins. It seemed fairly busy and they were adequately staffed. Good collection of luggage.

Went into CAA, my wife and I to see somebody that could help us book a trip to Cancun six of us. She was awesome. She knew where to go what to do. Ask a lot of questions. Very funny right person helped us three times we had to go back because we’re not good on a computer everybody there is awesome, but she was great.

I had an amazing experience here recently. Due to an address change my CAA card got mixed up. Brittany did an amazing job of figuring everything out for me. She went beyond the call of duty, as did Margaret in Member Relations. I was also able to get my international driver’s permit as well. Thank you again.

Final straw here. I had to make an incident report to get a tow for my truck after leaving it overnight when I came back to find my driver side window smashed out. Waiting here 90 minutes at 9pm Friday night with no ETA. Getting a local towing company after this!! 👎Worst part is that the driver was here but couldn't wait 90 minutes ago. Well spent $240 on an RV tow package and treated like its a waste of their time because of a big money highway call that they're dealing with. Actually I have to change my time I waited for this tow after reviewing my pictures and the usual response from a business who fails to realize that you've already insulted me waiting this long, wasting even more time on replying to you and my tow truck that finally showed up with no fault of his own was more like 3 hours!!! I hope you're happy after burning a customer who's spent thousands over decades on your mess of a business. My recommendation to anyone is to get the number of a reputable tow company in your area to never have to deal with a FAILURE LIKE THIS!!!

I made an appt to see Helene to help me book a trip to Asia and when I got there she was seemed very frantic, being very rude and curt with me before I could even sit down and talk to her as she was still with her previous client. She said she couldn’t help me book anything as I already had my flights booked and she would only help me if it was with everything, including flights. I don’t travel often so I wanted to sit down with someone to figure out other bookings (hotels, tours, etc). She seemed annoyed I already had the flights taken care of even though I mentioned to the person on the phone I already had them booked. She offered me a phone number to call. She seemed to not want anything to do with me and wanted to rush me out. All this as she still has her other client sitting at her desk. Considering cancelling my CAA membership as aiding in travel plans was the reason I got it in the first place. Very disappointed.
