I had no idea that CAA did tenant insurance. I spoke/emailed with both Navjot and Raiza about my tenant insurance. My coverage options were better than with my current tenant insurance provider. It was 160$ cheaper too!

I made an appointment to get tenant insurance, pay my car insurance and license. I also purchased CAA roadside assistance as the roadside assistance that came included with my car was expiring in a few weeks.

I had excellent customer service from both ladies and it felt great walking out of there saving 160$.

I strongly advise anyone needing to renew their home insurance to please check CAA to get a quote before renewing with their current provider!

They also have great looking luggage and travel stuff which I'll be coming back to check out for my upcoming trip!

My grandmother and I recently met with Rickie to book an Alaskan cruise. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations. While Rickie was pleasant, she seemed unfamiliar with the booking process and struggled to answer our questions effectively.

For example, she had difficulty locating options we had previously discussed and even missed some of our desired inclusions. Additionally, the pricing she presented seemed inaccurate. After an hour of this, we felt uncomfortable entrusting her with such a significant trip.

To provide context, my grandmother booked a cruise eight years ago with a different agent who seamlessly handled everything from the cruise itself to airport transfers and other travel requirements. We were hoping for a similar level of expertise and service.

Ultimately, we left our appointment with Rickie feeling more confused than when we arrived. Rather than continue the process with her, we decided to book the cruise ourselves online. We still have many unanswered questions and will be seeking assistance elsewhere.

While I wouldn't recommend Rickie based on our experience, I encourage others to research and find a travel agent who can provide the knowledge and support needed for a smooth and enjoyable booking process.

One of your trucks almost ran us off the road. Licence plate KJV 933 at approximately 109 pm on Sunday Jan 26 2025. His truck was covered in drive safely stickers and CAA logos. This was on Leila going westbound. He then swerved and took off going southbound McGregor so we couldn’t take a photo. Very bad very dangerous.

Went in today for a passport photo and was served by Tetiana. Was a pleasant experience and I was in and out in 10 minutes with 2 people ahead of me. As a non-member it cost 19.95 plus tax for 2 photos. Very pleasant experience, have already referred my wife and 2 friends who need their renewal photos. Thanks for the great service!!

Absolutely horrible experiences. Used for new home insurance, initial set up went fine but first renewal was off the rails. My broker had left, then the replacement broker told me I needed to do repairs just days before renewal. In working through that, broker did not communicate payment dates or amount and then communication dropped again because that broker left.
BIG red flag that they can't keep staff and have no system for passoffs. They also don't answer the phones, always have to leave a message. Horrible customer service.
Cost me extra money and frustration but my new broker ended up saving me $800 annually on home insurance.

Horrible, absolutely garbage. Every time I come in or phone I get horrible service and it gets worse by the visit. Last time I came in, they did not care about the customer. 2 customers and still took over 15 minutes to get served. Their travel agency is a joke, wanted to ask a few questions, no time, make an appointment. As being out of town, earliest Saturday appt would be in 3 weeks. How come you can't put 2-3 pers on for the weekend? I'll stick to the roadside assistance (still amazing) and you can shove the rest, I'll go online.
