I visit this store annually before my vacation to obtain an international driving license, and it’s always a pleasant experience. The location is incredibly convenient, with ample free parking available. The store itself is spotlessly clean and well-organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The associates are consistently friendly and helpful, making the process quick and efficient—I’m usually in and out within 10-15 minutes. I’ve also noticed other customers handling various services, like insurance or purchasing products, and they seem just as satisfied, assisted by smiling staff.

I went in on Tuesday at exactly 5:50 ( 10 minutes to closing) to get a international driver's license. The gentleman named GUY was absolutely fantastic! Never met a nicer person in my life. Honestly most places would hesitate to help me with 10 min left to closing but GUY helped me with a smile the whole time! Not only that, he answered some of the most ridiculous questions i had. He was patient, professional and just went above and beyond! More places, should hire people like this!! Thank you GUY!

I stopped by this location on a Tuesday night in January, just before closing (feeling guilty about it, having worked retail myself—but traffic was brutal). I needed an International Driver’s Permit, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The person assisting me, Guy, was friendly and reassuring, making the whole process smooth. Another team member took my photo, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn it was free with my CAA membership. I was in and out before closing, which I really appreciated. This was my first visit to this location, and I was impressed by the efficient, welcoming service and the wide selection of travel items. I didn’t have much time to browse, but I’ll definitely be back!

Eva’s help with us getting our IDPs was quicker and smoother than we expected. Her subtle humour kept us relaxed through the photo process.

Do not come here for passport photos, especially for children or infants. Extremely unpleasant, unhelpful and condescending service. I cannot recommend this branch at all. We took our baby for passport photos. The associate Guy made this a very difficult and upsetting experience. Firstly, the set up is entirely inappropriate and unsafe for baby photos, despite the store telling us via phone that they would be able to take them. It was literally a wobbly stool on wheels with a cardboard box on top. Passport Canada has instructions for newborn photos, which is to take them on a blanket on the floor or in a car seat. We asked if he could take them on the floor with a white blanket we brought and were told it would not be possible. Secondly, Passport Canada states that newborns may have a range of facial expressions. The associate did not seem to be aware of this and deleted all photos as her mouth was slightly opened. He made snarky comments saying it was because we just fed her. She is 3 months old - she opens her mouth when she is tired and overstimulated which she was after the flash photography. We took her aside and as she closed her mouth 5 minutes later we asked the associate if he could retake them. Instead he sent us to the back of the line to wait another half hour, even though we had already waited initially to take the photos for so long. We had to leave as the baby was crying and reaching the end of her wake window. A little kindness and consideration would have gone a long way. Instead the service here is cold and rude, making this the worst outing I have ever had with our baby. We took her to a different studio and they took and printed the baby's passport photos in 10 minutes in a safe manner.

You don’t need to photocopy your driver’s license—just bring it along with the two photos. The process was quick, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing great customer service. The store is spacious and well-stocked, selling luggage, bags, and other travel-related items.

I was there yesterday in the afternoon. As I was waiting in line, I was listening to the representative (EVA) speaking to the customer in a very condescending manner. She was talking down to the customer stating that she has worked for CAA for 8 years and she is right and the customer is wrong, I was unimpressed with how she was speaking to the customer. Unfortunately, I was next in line and I had the same representative. Everything was fine at first, we were both pleasant, until my father (83) came to join us. He was looking at the driver's handbook. I said dad you have your license, he said he was just looking at it. She (the rep) says "it's $15. My dad says I give you $12 as a joke! she responds with " so I can get fired!" I was then turned off by her attitude. My father is now question why I am getting a International Driver's License. I explained I am getting it as a precaution for when I travel to Dubai. He has traveled the world and said the Canadian D/L is valid everywhere for up to 6 months. She interrupts and says that is not true and that she has clients who were fined and or put in jail for not having an IDP. Then once again proceeds to say she has worked for CAA for 8 years and she knows more then us. The transaction was done and My father voice his opinion again and she responded with "well your opinion is wrong" I told her that she is rude and her customer service is horrible and this is not the right job for her. My father had other choice words for her. Unfortunately I will NEVER step foot into this CAA store again. I am

I came here to apply for an international driving permit. Guy greeted me to his desk and assisted me with my needs. The process was quick and efficient, and I left with my new permit in just 10 minutes!
