Terrible service constantly. *Owned a truck for 4-6 years with them, moved to bc, came back from BC tried getting a new car under an old plan*
Had a quote written up by a wonderful young lady, she made me an appointment for the next morning, so i could think it over. And had a nasty woman called me at 9am, and before i could even speak she started telling me how she had to get her manager and that not how they do things there and that since i ended my contract on oct 18 2022, they refuse my insurance now because my new one would still be part of my old plan as its oct 2nd 2024. not oct 18th 2024. And well thats not how they do things there? they just wanna charge me more money! slimeball tactic, disgusting. Find another insurance company for your sake.

Great service. I purchased the plus membership and had no problems getting a tow after getting private quotes for almost $1000 for a single tow I decided to get the membership. Saved me $850 already this year.

I have been a member for over 15 years and I have been extremely disappointed with the road side service on more then 1 occasion. I have also had issues with paying for membership and not bring able to make changes to my account because I added my spouse and they in turn made him the primary.....so I pay and he calls all the shots?

The customer service is more then lacking at times if things go wrong it is not handled well. The times I did get a tow I was satisfied with the towing company and drivers but be aware of the resistant customer service reps .... overall thumbs down.

I finally got to use my Premier status for more than just “oh geez the battery again?” — got passport photos taken and for FREE (benefits of that level of service). Gentleman helping me was very nice and friendly but kept making me laugh, which is contrary to what is allowed in the photo. The question is, will the passport agency I’m visiting demand a happier profile.

I stopped by to get a few International Driver Permits done. Very quick and easy - especially if you go to their website to pre-fill out the form. Thanks to the staff for getting them done just before closing. Very friendly service.

The tow truck guy here, I believe his name is Josh, was amazing. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Attempt to fix the problem and diagnose it before having to tow it.

The store personel, I can't say the same. Research the policies before agreeing to a product. They are quick to convince you to buy extras.

Spring the week of June 20 to June 24, I had to travel to Toronto for my sister's burial. I do not fly often, so decided to have CAA help me with bookings so I would arrive at a time convenient for my family to pick me up at Pearson International. Ryley Jones in your Fredericton office assisted me initially and helped me through flight cancellations and delays. She certainly went the extra mile for me, working well after the office hours. She had me safely returned home and followed up to ensure that my return flight had gone off without a hitch. She is a very valuable employee. MG
