Terrible. I’d rather pay a doctor $10,000 than try and wait and deal with the staff at this hospital. Take away free health care and let us pay. The people working at reception should be fired. Terrible just terrible. No notification that “family” doctor left. Women treated me like complete garbage at reception because they know that as citizens we need to see our “family” for immigration clearance purposes. Waited over 5 years to get family doctor which then left and I can understand why with these awful ppl working there. If you don’t like what you’re doing leave. They might as well have a sign that says “if you want to be helped, you’re out of luck , because we’re incompetent.”

Went to Winnipeg and paid for a doctor’s services and was helped immediately. Free isn’t free when we pay for it and people end up dying because of incompetent overpaid workers.

Terrible service from the person at the counter, this is the second time today in 2 weeks that I returned home without my son 3 years old with a fever and without being able to walk because of a bite from something in his leg, Even though I told him the symptoms and when he was there he didn't even look me in the eye except him, and he very rudely told me to call in the afternoon to see if they could help him. Really I understand that the system is saturated but a few months ago they were friendlier and more like children, they made us wait like the general hospital and there were no problems. Very bad for emergencies...

Yea, not sure what is going on at the clinic, but urgent care is pointless. I have ended up going to the emergency room for useless things because it's impossible to get into urgent care.

Then I get to have the doctor at emergency give me a look of disappointment as I should not be there.

But its' impossible to get into urgent care! Call -> No appointment available today -> online -> no appointment available.

I have been in pain for 5 days trying to get into an appointment. Today I actually get to speak to someone to find out, they now miraculously allow walk ins at 8:00am.

No communication anywhere that this is a thing. In pain for a week....

So sad.

Terrible. Call as soon as they are ipen and they are apparently booked already. At this point this clinic doesn't need to exist as I always have to end up going to the ER anyways,as do many others.
With 3 kids to care for at home it's not ideal to wait 4-8 hours in the ER for things I could get treated at the clinic.

I have never been so mistreated at this clinic until my appointment with Dr. Hanan Boktor.

She asked what she could help me with and I couldn’t even begin read through my list of concerns without her telling me to “make it fast, there are other patients”. I kid you not. I made that appointment a week in advance and I was booked for a DOUBLE.

So I mentioned the physical I had requested when I called in and she refused because “she doesn’t know me, it would take too long”. As if I was wasting her time being at my prescheduled appointment. A physical takes 15 mins. But she would not help me unless I had an actual “emergency”. I made an appointment the WEEK BEFORE concerning a routine checkup.

I gave up when I realized she didn’t think my issues (that have never before been treated) didn’t matter as much as the “other patients” and cried in the car because I wasted my time and took off 2 hours of work for nothing. I am absolutely appalled at the service here.

Huge appreciation to the sweet receptionist that helped me book a new appointment asap and profusely apologized. She was as confused as I was and immediately set me up with 2 same-day appointments next week.

I will never recommend that doctor to anyone. I rarely come to the clinic but I needed care and I left with nothing but wasted time. If all you care about is your paycheque, you should NOT be in healthcare. 0/10 experience.

Booked an appointment like always, and Dr Hamza Aman was on shift at the urgent care. The rudest and worst experience seeing a doctor, never had anything like this happen in 20+ years at this clinic. He didn’t want to see the concern at all, let me know that he has lots of patients waiting and is busy and just… left.

This system that they have in place is really disappointing!. C W Wiebe is a walk in clinic, whoever made up this system needs to give there head a shake!. It is disappointing that a person cannot just walk in and be put on the list and be seen, no, we are expected to make an appt to get in to see a doctor at URGENT CARE which is a WALK IN CLINIC. So.. we can go to urgent care at 8am to secure a spot for who knows what time that day and then have to either sit there for however long or go home and wait for the appt time. How is that even reasonable?. We are told we can book online..sure..if there are any spots available. We can call..sure if we can get through because by the time the nice lady that is only doing her job answers the phone the spots are all booked up. I feel for the ladies that answer the phone because they are only doing there job, it's not there fault that whoever thought up this system was obviously not very intelligent or certainly not thinking about the needs of the people that make up our community. So what happens when someone is in real need to see a doctor and can't get in?.. they are expected to go sit for hours at the hospital for something that could have been seen at the urgent care centre. The hospital is already overworked now your just making there jobs alot harder. Kids miss school when they are sick or they are sent to school sick because they cannot get in to see a doctor exposing other kids to viruses. This system that is in place at C W Wiebe is pathetic. Also, if the clinic opens at 8am why not open the phone lines at 8am?. Instead the phone lines only open at 8:30 and so between 8am and 8:30 am people can walk in to secure a spot sure but by 8:30 when the phone lines are turned on sometimes it's all booked up already. It is ridiculous to expect people to come in for 8:00 just to book a spot and then go home. If the clinic is going to open there doors at 8am then the phone lines should be turned on at 8am so that everybody has the opportunity to try to get a spot. The person that thought up this silly system obviously did not use common sense. There needs to be a better system put in place so that everyone that makes up our community can receive proper medical care. All this system is doing is overwhelming our already overwhelmed hospital.

This clinic deserves 0 stars!!!! When a person has a bladder infection and is told you can’t come see the doctor at the clinic cause you didn’t make an appointment yesterday, then you know there’s something wrong! HOW did I know yesterday I would have a bladder infection today?!?! Thankfully morden let me in.
