Went to insure my motorcycle here… 2 East Indian ladies working were very rude and awful customer service. Walked in and said hello and the one lady just looks at me and says nothing and goes back to her computer. The one lady that finally did help me acted like I was inconveniencing her and was rude and bad attitude. Weren’t very helpful in helping me get the right type of insurance for my bike and I felt like I was burden to them the whole time. Go somewhere else if you want knowledgeable and friendly insurance broker. They don’t what they are doing in here and terrible attitudes and customer service.

I give a 5 star review to Manjeet and Ildiko for the excellent service they provided to me. My personal situation was very complicated and they went above and beyond to connect all of the dots. I feel bad because they ended up staying few minutes late just to resolve my difficulties I caused my self. They both are much appreciated. Thanks to Whatcom B&W
