Clean store with a large selection of foods. Produce was fresh. Looked for arugula but they were out, which I through was unusual. The pulled chicken was good and not too greasy. The store had a nice selection of fresh flowers. Staff was helpful in finding things as I am not from the area. There was ample parking for trucks, too.

I went to refill a water can—something I've done at this store four times before without any issue—but was extremely disappointed by how I was treated this time. The cashier immediately accused me of bringing a new can instead of a refill, without any reasonable basis. I pointed out that a new can has a different lid and there are water droplets on my can , which wouldn’t be present on a new one.

Shockingly, she then accused me of swapping the lids, which was completely baseless. I even offered to have the security cameras checked to verify my claim, but she dismissed it and brushed me off.

Having worked in retail myself, I know how important it is to treat customers with respect and avoid making accusations without clear evidence. A simple, respectful question like “Is this a refill or a new can?” would have been enough, instead of publicly accusing someone in front of others. The whole interaction felt very targeted and left me feeling humiliated—and possibly racially profiled.

This was not just unprofessional; it was deeply upsetting and disappointing, especially for a regular customer.

This is a nice clean store that has just about everything that you will need. 🙂 I was here on a Saturday afternoon and the store was busy but there were cashiers working every till. Stop in and check them out. 🍲

Love the old school car buggies for the kids but i dont love the baby food products being in the isle with the chemicals seems to be a trend at both oliver grocery stores and it sends us to penticton for our baby formula i just cant, those detergents were made to soak into things its like why youd not put the bread there.

The greatest grocer in Oliver. Best produce. High priced but everywhere else is as well. The only great place to shop from ok falls to the boarder!

Nice grocery store. Good prices for area. Very well stocked. Adequate staff very well lit and decorated and designed. washrooms on site. Plenty of parking. Great location! I would definitely come here again. I found everything I needed. Accepted cash, credit and debit. No problem.
