It was an absolute pleasure working with Butler mortgage. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the best mortgage solution for our unique needs from start to finish. While being self-employed, and we needed to renew 2 mortgages for our 2 rental properties, 1 month apart, they took the time to explain every step and answered all my questions patiently. I had a mortgage on my primary residence that was funded by a credit union. I called Butler Mortgage to try and get a better rate with anther lender at renewal. Mortgage agent Sacha was very knowledgeable and professional, showing great patience in working through the intricacies of my application. They were able to secure me a better rate with a different lender. Many thanks to Fulfilment specialist Claudia as well who worked through some technical challenges with my previous lender to ensure the mortgage was ultimately transferred. Highly recommended.
