They were quick and efficient in getting my transfer of ownership done and insured in a timely manner. The Houston branch was great overall

Today I bought a new travel trailer in Edmonton and called BV Insurance to get a binder of insurance to get the trailer back to BC where I could get plates and proper insurance. They told me I had to call ICBC directly and gave me the number. I called the number and it was an unmanned number but was able to leave a message. I waited and waited, no call back. I called AMC Insurance in Burns Lake and had a binder of insurance in 15 minutes and got me on the road back home with my new trailer insured. ICBC called back as I was driving home and BV Insurance had given me the wrong number. Epic fail for BV Insurance who gave me the wrong information and left me high and dry far from home.
