These guys are my heroes. I was on a road trip and had a flat tire. Bud Rier was the closest Chevrolet dealership. They didn't have a tire at that location, but they were willing to search the area and were even ready to take one off a brand new car for me. Thankfully, when I got there, they were able to repair my tire and get me back on the road. They went above and beyond for a girl who just wanted to get home. I was on my way to Port Elgin for a conference in my 2022 Chevy Equinox. The alert popped up on my dash that my tire was losing pressure. My co pilot googled the closest garage or tire place so we could get it checked out and it happened to be Bud Rier Chevrolet.
Excellent a Chevy dealer. The guys got me in right away, patched me up and I was back on my way in just over 30 minutes..

I bought my latest vehicle from Bud Rier and it was fantastic experience working with Tim Alberastine! Coming from a larger center where the local dealership treats you as a number, it was great being treated like a person and having customer service. Dealing mostly thru text/emails, Tim made the process very easy and stressless with his knowledge and understanding of what I was looking for. He found me better vehicle for a better price than a lower trim vehicle at a bigger dealership.

For a smaller dealership, it certainly stands above the bigger dealerships for their customer service, knowledge and honesty. It was definitely worth the drive.

I will enjoy my Bud Rier Traverse for years to come! Thanks again Tim.

I recentIy purchased a new Silverado at Bud Rier's. I phoned and spoke with salesman Tim and explained my situation. I was able to come in that same day and speak with Tim and Bud about what I was looking for. They had a truck on site that had all the options I was looking for, with the exception of the dark appearance package. They simple ordered these parts and swapped them out for me. They were also able to get me top dollar for my trade in that made my payments that much more reasonable. Thanks for a great, stress-free experience!
