Had a great time. Didn't know what to expect, but once we got rolling it was great. Would NOT bring 6 people again though, suggest 4 max, so for larger groups you can book 2 rooms!

A very fun time! It's definitely a bit less fancy than it's competitors, but the room design has improved considerably over the past five years. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are not as tightly timed compared to Escape Quest.

I did not know what to expect going into my first escape room, but I seriously had an amazing time. A great brain exercise and team building activity! Loved it. The lady working the front desk was extremely friendly, helpful, and supportive. Everyone I went with had a great experience. I will definitely be coming back to do more.

Recently went and done the Jewel heist. One of the puzzles didn't work as planned and set us back a bit on time. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, they allowed us more time and then some at the end to make up for the issue. Puzzles were great as well!!!

My cousins and I attended on Wednesday night! We had sooo much fun. It was challenging but we got through it. The girl on the front desk was great in getting to us right away when we needed a clue. We are already trying to decide on a date for our next visit! 🙂

The rooms are good. The reason I will give this place two stars is because we have done 3 rooms and each room had broking or mising items. We had to ask for help just to be told oh sorry this must be broking, or you're missing a piece. Here's the answer because you can't get it with out that piece.
Update: As to you comment you didn't know when I played. Also the items we literally missing as not in the room what's so ever. So please don't make it sound like I was lying and own up to your errors

Really good escape room experience. Consistently fun and entertaining. Rooms are challenging but not too hard, and they have a beginner room that's fairly easy if it's your first time. Once or twice we have had things not be properly explained to us (once was a directional combination lock that we were not shown how to reset and wasted quite a bit of time trying to open when we already knew the answer) but usually it's quite good. I'd certainly recommend you try it if you haven't.

It was the second time I have been there at Breakout, service is friendly and great as usual. We tried Classified room this time which I heard it is a more challenging room than others before. But it is acceptable level for all the puzzles and we escaped and had fun woohoo! It was another great and unforgettable experience at Breakout NL, thanks! Expecting the new room coming this summer!
