Was astounded to see a taxi driver who dropped a passenger off at our apt complex letting kids race him down the road on the road. Then the cab driver told the kids at least 6 of them if not more line up beside the cab as the driver proceeded to wait for them all to line up straight across the road and then took off as the kids ran along. One of these kids was tiny and the others were not much older. I complained via email and sent message ..did not hear back. Lucky for the driver none of the kids got hurt in a 2 way traffic street near a bend in the road. Sure the parents would not have been impressed with this driver. I personally have had issues with this taxi service and also friends of mine. Surprised to see so many of their cabs with dents in them. A few don't even wear they seat belt while driving on busy roads. Seen a lot of these taxis speeding down street ignoring stop signs

We called Brant taxi this past weekend to pick up my 92-year-old grandmother to take her to dinner. She never leaves her long-term care facility home and she had made the decision that she was feeling well enough to go out. We booked a taxi with wheelchair access and the cab showed up 1 hour late. 20 minutes into waiting, I called the company and they told me the cab was running a little behind schedule due to a previous job. There was no indication how far behind the cab was, but the woman on the phone told me the cab was on its way. At this point, we were already 40 minutes late for our dinner reservation because the cab wasn’t initially available until 20 minutes into dinner. We waited another 20 minutes (40 mins after pick up time) And the woman on the phone told me that the cab was just getting “ Back to town” And was still another 20 minutes away minimum. 20 minutes earlier, when I initially called asking where the cab was, had she told me then that the cab was still 40 minutes away I might’ve made alternative arrangements. This company is very unreliable, the person on the phone did not assist us in any way whatsoever, no one contacted us to tell us that the cab was running 60 minutes behind schedule, And even when we did call for more information, nobody told us how long we should expect to wait. It is unacceptable to make any client wait over an hour for their taxi. I would not recommend using this company for wheelchair taxi service or any taxi service.

Was driving downtown and saw a handicapped lady stuck in the middle of the road in the pouring rain. Her motorized scooter had died. My husband and I got her on the sidewalk and another person called a cab. After waiting about 30 mins in the pouring rain, on a corner, downtown, at night, my husband called to follow up. The dispatcher said "he'll get there when he gets there" and hung up on him. I waited another hour with her, still pouring rain, and a cop showed up. He called brant taxi and they told the cop no one was coming becuase she had not paid for a previous ride. My husband empied out the back of our suv and the cop was able to help us lift the wheelchair into the back. Someone gave us a bungee cord to secure it, which was more for show than anything. I helped the crying stroke patient into the passenger seat, and rode behind them with the cop to her house (my small children were in the backseat so no room for me). It was a disaster, thank god that police officer stopped to help us. Kudos to the Brantford Police, but brant taxi's lying pos power tripping dispatcher can get fuuuuuucked. Zero stars

Consider retraining your drivers in the basic rules of the road. Was almost t boned by one running a red light. Wish I was able to get the plate to have them charged.

Just had the best experience with a cab company, ever. Driver, Mandeep, great ride to my location, super nice guy. I got a call from the driver later that night(number on file due to digital online booking). He informed me of an item I had forgotten in the car and asked my current location so he could drop it off to me. I was so relieved. He arrived shortly later to return my item at no additional charge or cost to myself. He did this all as if it was a pleasure to have been able to assist. Just phenomenal service from Brant Taxi and Mandeep!

They are great when they are not in a rush. A few drivers were absolutely treats to ride with but there were others It was a bit awkward due to a bit of an attitude not bad just awkward silence over all great experiences with these guys. Shout out to Jim he was one of the great ones I remember the best. Also the other guys who remember me they were great also

I read reviews before I booked a taxi and was a bit put off with a few comments. I really needed a wheelchair access taxi and had no choice but to book one. Over the course of a week and a half I had three different drivers come to pick up and bring home my husband from the hospital, I would meet them at the hospital going and coming back and I can tell you if I could give the company 10 stars I would have. The drivers were personable, caring and to me went beyond their duty. They helped my husband down the front steps so he could get into the wheelchair and the same on coming home, and even carried the wheelchair to the front door for me. I could not have had better service. My thanks go to these three men I didn’t know there names, but you did an amazing job and helped me considerably. Would use again with no hesitation.

I've used this service semi-regularly for a couple of years. I don't know about the experience of other uses, but mine has been fine. The drivers are friendly, the cars are in good shape, dispatch picks up on the first or second call, I don't wait too long for a cab and I end up getting to where I've got to go. I've had far worse service from other businesses. This one is OK.
