This is definitely the best insurance company one could ask for. The quality of service from the employees is beyond measure. It's personal, fast, convenient, and reliable. Specifically for me, I'd like to shout out Rob Nagy and Jennifer Allan for doing so much for me and going above and beyond the call of duty, even when they didn't have to. That meant a lot to me. They genuinely care about me and my well being. It was very apparent. Thank you so much for everything! Would 100% recommend Brant Mutual to anyone. Solid company, solid employees.

We had our home insurance with this company for 11 years, very happy, with no claims. We had some water damage to our home and submitted a claim. They had an adjuster come to view the damage and then sent a contractor who advised we make several repairs to our home, including a roof which was recently done. They did not cover our claim and are requesting we complete ALL the recommendations by the contractor before renewing our policy. Who is this contractor? We will not be renewing with Brant Mutual and buyers beware!

We have been so impressed with Brant Mutual. We had horrible damage with wind and ice damage. Our agent George B. And adjuster John P. Have been amazing to work with. They provided clear communication and options throughout. Both representatives have been so quick to respond in their communications. We are so happy with this team.

Tim Sogan has been our agent for multiple years now on everything from home, car, commercial liability, truck and trailer insurance. He is the best insurance agent we have ever dealt with by far. All the low star rates you are seeing here are valid. There are agents who work for Brant Mutual who are terrible.
BUT there are agents who would for Brant Mutual who are absolutely incredible! If you want insurance through them that has a lot of benefits, please contact George Byleveld or Tim Sogan.
Tim helped when the agent we had really dropped the ball and he was incredible. He personally made a trip to our house to drop off insurance slips that we weren't able to get from our agent. He answer emails on the weekend. He texted with me to keep me updated on the process. Tim deserves way more money then he's making, I don't know what he does make but it just can't be enough. You would be lucky to have Tim as your agent and I HIGHLY suggest anyone get their home and auto insurance though Tim or George. You will not be sorry! Brant Mutual is very lucky to have these guys on their team!

These guys take their sweet time responding to anything. Terrible overall experience, not to mention you can find better pricing elsewhere. Happy to have moved to a different company and the difference in customer service is unreal. You don't know how bad it is until you're with a good company. Would never recommend Brant Mutual Insurance.

Well where to begin. I have had three policies with Brant Mutual for over twenty years. I just experienced my first claim, and now they are cancelling my policy. As this company is board driven, I have a right to attend a meeting, and they will not even call me back on the time or the place. As the previous person noted, the ombusperson at Brant Mutual did not even know whom their governing agent was. When I called her on it, she said she made a mistake. I have been in business for thirty five years and now they have put a reg flag on my business being high risk.
One claim in over twenty years. I too am not done with this company, as I pride myself on running a very honest and respectful business.
Back to the previous review when I did contact GIO, Peter said are you sure they are really a company and not something on wheels
I will not stop until I get resolution.
I too like to support local small business, but the treatment I have received after all these years is completely disrespectful.
Please be aware. They are great until you need their services, then they will not even return your calls or emails.
I will keep everyone updated.
Biggest regrets that I ever supported them.
