Brian has been nothing short of exceptional over the last few years that we've had the pleasure of working with him to find our home. We were a bit picky I think with what we wanted and Brian was very patient every step of the way. It always felt like he was putting in effort and genuinely wanted to help find the house for us. When we were looking for a Real Estate Agent, I posted in the Kingsville, Ontario Group on Facebook, and had over 350 responses, and that is from where we met Amy Bailey. Then she introduced us to Team Brad Bondy, and they got 3 out of 3 votes, from our Family Members, to select them as the Real Estate Company to sell our property in Kingsville.

We are thankful and proud of RE/MAX Preferred Team Brad Bondy, for doing an excellent job, of Listing and selling our house, with not only beautiful photography, but also excellent virtual and drone tour, which received over 700 views. Majority of the customers comments and reviews, who saw our house, were 4 to 5 stars, and I also rate them as 5 stars, made up of 4 Team Members. We believe, that it is team work, between the Real Estate Company, and the Seller.

I've used Team Brad Bondy a couple times now and they're always great to work with! Most recently Brian helped me sell my home and buy a new one and he provided tons of crucial information on potential new homes during the 6 months we looked.
