We contacted Tanya about looking into a holiday on a cruise for us. We have never taken a cruise and were like fish out of water when it came to finding the cruise that would fit us. Our cruise on Celebrity Constellation was amazing and the destinations of that cruise were all places we very much wanted to explore. I never used a travel agent and this year I used Tanya from Boss Travel 2 times this year alone and all I can say is WOW!!!

The first trip we just needed a getaway. I mentioned this to Tanya and she was all over it. Within 24hrs she sent me 3 options, but those options did not fit our budget. So, Tanya went back to work. Within a few days she found our perfect vacation spot and most importantly within our budget.

Tanya Hulsemann of BOSS Travel was able to help my friends and I find the perfect resort for our Mexico vacation. She was very helpful and patient as my friends and I took months to finally find the perfect place. For a few of my friends this was their first time to a foreign country so a lot of questions came up. That’s why the travel kit that she gave each of us was so helpful, especially the Travel Tips document to ensure that we were fully prepared for departure and arrival at our destination.

During our trip the only problem we had was before we left, due to the plane being delayed. This made us concerned about our shuttle to our resort. I contacted Tanya and she said there should be no issue as the bus will be waiting for you once you arrive. If there was any issue I was confident that I could let her know and she would fix it.

We had an amazing time on our vacation, it brought us all closer together. I thank Tanya for making our trip run smoothly and being just a phone call or text away if we had any problems. The biggest value for me knowing that if something were to go wrong Tanya has the experience and knowledge to ensure that we were safe and happy during our travels. I will absolutely be using BOSS Travel for future trips and recommending her service to anyone going on vacation.
