This review is an FYI to anyone so they can lower their expectations so that they align with the room pricing. It is most definitely a 2 star hotel, if that (I do love your kitty cat though!)

So chaotic here. The rooms are advertised as smoke free but all the furniture reeks of cigarettes (at least in our room, like it's so surprisingly bad, but I'm also not surprised for PG). Also the beds had hairs in them and the people in the room next door were talking loud past midnight. No one at this place gives a shit.

The wait was long but not a huge deal, then we got a key to ANOTHER PERSON'S room, walked in on them while they were showering. Returned back, waited almost just as long as the first time, got another key for a different room. The bedroom had a front door, a (hopefully) locked side door to the neighbours and a legit man hole in bathroom ceiling that a smaller built person could crawl through. I put chairs in front of the doors in fear that someone could accidentally walk in and thank God I did because at 11pm during the night a person came, knocked and then unlocked the door and tried walking in, I immediately addressed her, she apologized and slammed the door. Here I am in the middle of the night quite angry sitting around expensive equipment that I cannot trust to leave in the hotel the next day because random customers and employees seemingly have access to multiple KEYCARDS to my unit. Edit: the front lady in the morning apologized and assured us this wasn't a normal thing and gave us a free of charge for the night which was nice but overall not a good first time experience in Prince George.

My husband and I stay here often because of work. It's always our place to stay in PG when we come down from Terrace. Rooms are updated and always very clean. Staff are always pleasant and accommodating.

We are on a medical trip for our son friends of children covered the cost for us but we had no idea the nightmare we where about to see. When we showed up the lobby smelled like a pet shelter, there was beer cans ,garbage all over the court yard, it was definitely not a family hotel or one for medical stay. When we walked in our room it was so dirty and smelled old. When I took the few minutes to sit down I had bugs run over my feet and then I said to my husband we are done. So at 9 pm we had to find another hotel with our child who had gotten sick on the medical bus and this hotel had no laundry service, when I went to the door to hand in keys the door was locked and the buzzer didn’t work. So we put our keys in the slot and there was so many keys inside the box.
