Les laboratoires étaient fermés, par contre nous pouvions parcourir les magnifiques sentiers dans la forêt. Nous avons observé plusieurs espèces d'oiseaux. C'est du pur bonheur pour les ornithos, apportez jumelles,chapeau, crème solaire et eau.:D

Great walk, nice bird watching . Nice mowed trails, need a little maintenance. Takes you to the lake for water birds as well. Building was closed during our visit.

Stopped into center and it was nice. Kindly was given info on where to gain access for better viewing areas. Loved the windows having dots for bird safety! Would have liked to have more time here, especially during migration!

A beautiful spot to see birds and nature in Port Rowan. The property goes down to the lake and has a few short trails. There are a few benches scattered throughout. A lovely place for peace, quiet and nature.

Despite the rain and wind we still saw activity. Looking down on the pond there were a dozen Wood Ducks, on the prarie grass a couple of Cedar Waxwings overlooked by 3 Flickers. At the treeline by the lakeedge an Osprey with a fish in it's talons was persued by a juvy Bald Eagle. All this in under an hour. We intend to return in the fall to see migration activities.
