Auto insurance renewal on Oct 25, as new insurance policy replaces the existing, filled and signed forms with BIG broker to cancel next years’ renewal on Oct 5th. Intact still charges the previous year premium through PAD assuming a full renewal. BIG apparently ignores your cancellation and didn’t process through Intact. Plain negligence and unprofessional at best but theft at worst, they pretend your cancellation 3 weeks prior to annual renewal doesn’t exist, just to play blind to steal from you one more year commission. More deliberate theft than negligence. Calling the police now.

I would give it a 0 if it is possible. Don't buy insurance from this company because it is a total scam. Have dealt with the sales person Kat Cheng for transfering my auto insurance from my previous brocker. The insurance was transfered however she did not transfer the discount that I earned on the drive app. After 2 month my discount dropped and now I have been paying extra money for 4 months just for her mistake. I have been talking to her 3 times and till now nothing is fixed. Have also called the head office many times and have no response. Totally disappointed and will never come back.

New updates: 2 hours ago I called this branch again and the receptionist said that the manager will call me back in 30 mins. Now the branch is closed and still no one called. I will file a complaint against this poorly managed company to the regulator.
