I became a client and the Broker I was assigned with was someone who was prompt in his communication, professional and I felt gave me a good feeling about my choice in Insurance companies, he was attentive and understood that communication to me was important. I would later be advised that my broker was no longer with BIG. This is when things on BIG's end began to show how much my business meant to them.

I sent an e-mail asking who would be replacing my previous broker, their name and so I would have this knowledge and peace of mind. My email went unanswered for MONTHS. I received communication regarding my up coming renewal. I expressed my concerns regarding the unprofessional inability to respond to a clients concerns regarding their paid in full account. This experience does not render confidence in my experience and made my decision not to renew an easy decision.

I hope you can utilize this feedback to ensure your brokers are professional enough to return a simple email within a weeks time and not leave the client's business question go unanswered for months. Was I only contacted because my account needed to be renewed? Please ensure to do better moving forward. "How we do one thing, is how we do everything".

I would give 0 stars if I could. I dealt with the Mississauga branch. I’ve always made my payments on time and my insurance has always been in good standing. The broker I dealt with was awful. He didn’t register my policy correctly for a co-owned vehicle and now it’s uninsured and my ex-partner is refusing to consent for insurance on it. I single mom to a 2 month old and it’s the car I use to drive her around. I’ve contacted head office to look into the matter but no one has contacted me as of yet. Will update review if they are able to look into it and address the matter accordingly.

I just moved back to Canada and was looking to switch insurance providers since my premium increased by $50+/month in the span of 1 year without any accidents/claims on my end. Khushbu made switching very easy. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained each part of my new policy clearly. I've been dealing with Billyard Insurance Group Inc. for a short 2 years but thought I'd take the time to review them. I've been dealing with John Kealey and I'm EXTREMELY pleased with the way he handles my Commercial Van Insurance. This man has patience explaining everything that I had questions to and or didn't understand. If you're looking for great service and very reasonable rates give John a call as you wont be disappointed.

They provide great rates but I am sick and tired of continuously following up to get responses. I have been overcharged multiple times and it has taken over a month each time just to get a response. I had this issue with their previous representative as well as my current one. Once again I was told I will get a breakdown and after following up 3-4 times, I got charged AGAIN. No response. I have no idea what I’m supposed to do to grab their attention at this point. My last concern with them, I left multiple voicemails. This time, I’m out of the country and my emails are being ignored. I thought changing the representative would help but it’s the same thing. They do have good rates but this is bs.

Scammers, this is a scammer company they were in London I have the policy through them now they are no more in london, this March my policy was going to renew and they sent me way more expansive policy for my car even though I dont have any violation and any accident so I started looking around for new cheap policy so fortunately I got 1 with TD insurance.
Now I am trying billyards to cancel my policy no one is responding even I mailed them emailed them and left several voice messages over the call but no response and they already started detucting the amount from my bank.
I have 2 policies now and I want to cancel the billyard policy.
