I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Daljeet Kaur and this Company regarding my recent insurance inquiry and policy update for my newly purchased 2025 Honda Pilot Touring.
From the outset, I clearly communicated my intent to purchase a new vehicle and requested a quote for insurance coverage. Despite multiple follow-ups over several days, I did not receive a clear or timely response regarding the cost of insurance. Instead, I was met with vague replies and a lack of proactive guidance.
What is most concerning is that I was only informed after finalizing the purchase that my current insurance provider would not offer physical damage coverage for the new vehicle.
This critical information should have been disclosed much earlier, especially since I had shared my plans in advance. As a result, I am now in a position where I own a vehicle that is not properly insured, which is both stressful and unacceptable.
Furthermore, the lack of communication and follow-through—such as not receiving a call from the referred broker and not being informed of the insurance cost even after repeated requests—has caused significant inconvenience and eroded my trust in your services.
This happens with my Brother In-law and now to myself.
My brother-in-law faced a similar nightmare. He paid his outstanding balance on time and reached out for clarification, only to be told after the fact that his policy would be canceled. No one explained the urgency or offered proactive solutions

This experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. I hope your team takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to ensure better communication and accountability in the future.
This brokerage clearly has too many clients and not enough accountability. They blame former reps, avoid responsibility, and leave clients in the dark.
Avoid Billyard Insurance (Missisausaga location) at all costs. They are disorganized, unresponsive, and lack the professionalism and care that clients deserve—especially when dealing with something as important as insurance.

Only good thing about this place was Safee and since he left everyone here is incompetent and offer you no help.

First I was calling to see if I could pause or reduce my insurance as I am leaving the country for six months. The rep that answered the phone continued to speak to me as if am fluent in insurance lingo, instead of understanding my situation and relaying the message in a way I could understand. I was then told I have to wait for them to reach out to the actual insurance company to see if it was possible. I was then hung up on without being informed how I would even be contacted back or when.

I called back sat on hold for 10 minutes while “all our agents are busy” just to get hung up on.

Finally received a call back n told I have no options expect for canceling and paying a huge cancellation fee.

Needless I will not be back these people make zero effort to help or understand your situation or at the bare minimum have a bit of compassion for your situation. You will be treated like a number, n to top it all off, i got better quotes from 2 other brokers.

This is the first time I am giving one star , they don’t even deserve one star.

From last three months Brinda Parmar and Shweta Nepal giving me hard time of the life. I am reading other reviews now the same story happened to me too. My insurance for first year was around CAD 250 but next year they increased it to CAD 250 without giving proper clarification and over the email both of the employees made me confused. Now when I canceled my policy last year in December 2024 I was owning an outstanding balance which I wanted to pay but I was only one was chasing them for making. they keep their attitude and misbehaved with me.

I don't usually leave reviews but for sure Alexander Nagib needs credit for the great work he has done in finding me and my family an amazing auto and home insurance deal. I highly recommend going to him for insurance as he is very knowledgeable, kind, responsive and hard working. Out of the many brokers, in companies I dealt with, and insurance companies, he by far helped us the most with dedicated analysis into issues and finding solutions that got us an amazing rate through his hard work. Again I can't thank him enough. For sure highly reccomend

Intact insurance are stealing money the moment you cancel the contract with them. Was with them for a year at the time they charged us over $300 for monthly premium , then renewal came the agent name Varun quoted us premium for over $600 monthly, that's why we opted not to renew. Until now they keep stealing our money, they did 3 times, 1st was successful, last 2 transactions we able stop the payment by not putting the fund in the account and also informing bank. If you don't want the hustle and the massive bank charges that we experienced and still on going, please people avoid using Bylliad and Intact Insurance in the future.

I also had to opportunity to deal with Sunali Dembla on a number of occasions regarding our commercial and personal insurance policies. She is quick to respond, very efficient, knowledgeable, and provides an outstanding service.
