Extremely unprofessional staff including branch manager. Customer service absolutely frustrating. Since the person I was dealing with left for maternity leave there’s nobody to respond to me directly or take over my file. Wanted to change my policy by adding a vehicle to it and called in on a Thursday for a quote. I was promised I will be contacted back same day. I wasn’t. I called back after the weekend. I was promised to be contacted back same day. Thanks God I was. Asked for quote on another car as well. The branch manager himself called me back with information that my quote isn’t ready and I have to wait till next morning. Around noon next day my husband got an email with the quote for the second car I asked about, with no explanation about the details of the policy and possibility to discuss different options of it. I have no idea is it comprehensive or liability only, no information about the monthly payments, etc. Also, no quote on the first vehicle I asked about. Absolutely unacceptable. Very disappointing. I recommend to save yourselves frustration.
