I really appreciate how efficient and professional Mag Lam works for my auto insurance.

As a newcomer, she provided a detailed list for me to prepare my (local and foreign) documents; nevertheless, she showed her proficiency, well knowledge for newcomer's application, and outstanding efficiency in the whole process to get the best plan which suit my case in a tight schedule.(I contacted her on Tue and it was done on Thur).
And thanks to her hardworking, I am able to take my first car in Canada today.

I would highly recommend Mag Lam to everyone, especially for newcomers, because of her proficiency and knowledge. And I am sure I will contact her in the future when I need to renew my insurance or adding one more vehicle.

Absolutely the worse experience with Yen Tham and her unlicensed, untrained son Jonathan Tham. So glad I didn't transfer all my policies to them. Completely unprofessional, we deserved a lot better for the 15+ years we had known Yen. Never again. They know this review was coming.
