The last conversation with Chevanne Reid was beyond disrespectful. I had to cut the conversation short because he was chewing in my ear and being dismissive.

I had the absolute worst experience dealing with Chevanne Reid. I don't know if the reviews praising him are fake or from family members but it wasn't my experience. Contacted him June 5th for a home insurance quote on two of my properties. He quickly got me a quote. I said let's set it up and it was downhill from there

For 3 weeks I had to message him every single day and he would never reach out. Kept saying yeah he's working on it, excuses after excuses after excuses. Once he actually wasn't able to set up my policies he said his friend would send me quotes and never did.

My policies have now renewed and I have to wait another year before shopping around. I have never ever met a guy this lazy, useless, and unprofessional in my life. He set that bar extremely high. I have our conversation saved if his management wants to see it, but this guy doesn't have a clue what he's doing.
