Ben Wightman is an outstanding agent. We were selling a home in someone’s estate. He went above and beyond helping us. He arranged for people to come and haul all kinds of stuff away. The house went on the market late on a Thursday. Several showings on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and Monday. An offer came in on Tuesday and agreement reached. All conditions came off on Wednesday thanks to Ben. The sale closes on June 3rd. The speed and ease of selling was easy for us because of Ben’s help and constant support.
