We visited a mobile store on Marine Drive, and Ms. Samane Ms. Atefeh and Mr. Mehdi were extremely helpful in choosing and setting up the phone. They spent a lot of time assisting both me and my spouse. We were so impressed with their service and demeanor that we referred them to our friends and family. I want to thank them again for their effort and continued support.

Great Service and friendly staff! We were shopping for new phones and they gave us the best deals on both plans and devices. The staff were incredibly welcoming and patient. They stayed late to ensure that everything was setup perfectly before we left. Mehdi took the time to listen to our needs and provided very helpful advice. I highly recommend this store and would go back for my next phone. Thank you Mehdi and Samaneh for creating such a positive experience!

This place has the worth customer service I’ve ever received. No one is answer the phone, have time to help with the questions properly or guide customers.on saturday,I was waiting for the seller to open the door for 45 minutes, but they were om break !! On 4.45 pm! Just a small written note behind the window: on break!!!!!

Went in to get a new phone for my partner. We were the only people in line, and waited over 30 minutes for them to finish with the customer ahead of us. Was told it was going to be another 15 minutes

Strongly suggest going elsewhere - this place used to have good deals, but now they’re just the same as any other Bell store but they have awful customer service
