Caractéristiques de la lighthouse

La lighthouse elle-même est moderne et ne vaut pas vraiment quelque chose à voir.

Il y a un joli bâtiment café ici qui a été fermé pour l'année.

Il y a des tables de pique-nique et des chaises et un sentier de randonnée le long de la côte.

De tous les phares qu'il ai vue à Terre-Neuve ou partout ailleurs, ce spot est particulièrement beau. Je souhaitais vraiment nous asseoir là pendant la journée et profiter de la vue sur l'océan et l'odeur des roses sauvages dans l'air. C'est simplement beau.

The lighthouse itself is modern so not really something to look at.
There is a nice cafe building here that was shut for the year.
There are picnic tables and chairs and a coastal walking trail.

Of all the lighthouses I have seen in Newfoundland or anywhere for that matter, this spot is beautiful. I really wish we could have just planted our chair's there for the afternoon and take on the beautiful view of the ocean and the smell of wild roses in the air. Simply beautiful.

Bell Island Lighthouse – Peaceful and Beautiful
A must-see for lighthouse lovers! The site is very well maintained, full of history, and far more peaceful than many other lighthouses I’ve visited. The views are spectacular, and it was refreshing to enjoy the grounds without the usual crowds. There’s a nearby trail marked as hazardous, so I stayed within the safety zones, but even so it was an unforgettable stop.

Amazing place that’s so picturesque and mesmerizing. The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking on a bright sunny day. The cliffs beside the lighthouse looks amazing. The Bell Island has a long history of iron mines. Please take a mine tour to know more about the history that is worth checking out.
