Heather was very helpful and very responsive. I felt comfortable discussing my personal situation with her and no judgements were made. From the beginning by reaching out to BDO, I had to reschedule numerous times and they were very accommodating. It was great knowing I could do this via video and email, very convenient! Heather was very kind and professional and it was definitely nice to see a face to the name. Nancy from Gander office, chimed in to sign, and she cleared a few things up for me and was very understanding to my needs as well. BDO has helped me in the past, and this is why I went back. Everyone has been helpful and been understanding. Highly recommend!
