They do not honour their satisfaction guarantee without charging for extra labour costs to fix the original repair. Their billable hours for work done is not accurate. One hour and a half ( at the most) is considered 2 hours. I also wonder how they can charge $29.95 for shop supplies. Overall I was not impressed and will not be dealing with them again.

A flying rock damaged my car's radiator and left me stranded on the side of the road, I then had my car towed to the Nanaimo BCAA Auto Service Center. After assessing my vehicle, Dimitri called me and gave me a detailed explanation on what had been damaged, what would need replacing, how long it would take and how much it will cost. I was overly happy as I received my fully repaired vehicle back a day earlier than estimated. Thank you Dimitri and the team at BCAA Nanaimo for getting me back on the road so quickly!

Used BCAA Auto Service Center as I'm a recent BCAA member, but the service was disappointing. Some costs were not disclosed until I went to pay for a repair and an inaccurate tire size determination from a technician almost set me back an additional $1000+, had I not confirmed the tire size myself. Not exactly the trusted service I was expecting and makes me question some of the other recommended service/repair items.

you want to spent your time and money without fixing your car go this place 15 minutes wrong diagnose $ 143 they asked more Money to find it what is wrong with my car run by kids they have no clue about cars

Was not happy with this place! Normally for me, businesses affliliated with BCAA are top-notch. I had booked an Out of Province Inspection for my 2018 (120k km) vehicle. I took my car in to be inspected and unfortunately my car failed due to worn wiper blades and a “check engine light”. At this point, nothing abnormal. I asked what the computer had indicated was the problem, and was told that they did not check the error code. Huh I asked what it would take to fix, and was told that I needed to book another appointment and soonest was one week later. Huh I booked an appointment at the dealer for the next day. Was told that the computer indicated a small leak in the ECV system (whatever that is). They changed the wiper blades and tightened a clamp on a hose line and I was out in less than 3hrs with a ”passed” inspection. Of course, it cost me another inspection fee, but sure beats taking my car back to these guys one week later and paying another re-inspection fee. Btw, I gave the dealer who fit me in at the last moment, did the inspection, and fixed the defects, a five star rating.

Absolutely outstanding customer service! I am so happy that I read these reviews and decided to bring my 13 year old, Dodge Ram 1500 in for services. With 350,000 kms on my vehicle, at this stage in its life I am very selective on what gets fixed and where to bring it. Brandon (Service Manager) was very thorough and fair with his assessment and super friendly. He managed to fit me in before a long weekend and he delivered on exactly what he said he and his team would do. Being new to Nanaimo I needed to find a new Mechanic Shop and I am thrilled that I found the team at BCAA Auto Service. It is so refreshing to receive 5-star customer service, especially after what the service industry had endured over the past 2 years. Horrible shop, booked an appointment waited a week and then they called and said they can’t do it. Incompetence best describes this business. I’ll definitely never deal with them again. Waste my time
