I actually met Nicole Baxter and an open house that I went to see. I Wasn’t even Really planning on buying a house or selling my house, and when I arrived at the open house, she was very helpful, very polite, very knowledgable and easy to get along with. We did end up putting an offer on that house and having an accepted conditional offer, and worked with Nicole to secure it for our future home.We ended up losing that house because our house didn’t sell fast enough, and Nicole wasted no time to start helping us find our forever home. She showed us many houses, on multiple occasions that were over an hour away from her location, and eventually we Fell in love with a home with acreage. She looked at the home ahead of time, and sent us lots of pictures of things that we should consider that we actually would have never noticed when we looked at the house. She was quick to negotiate our offer, and we secured another accepted offer, and after a bit of tense timing with the appraisals, we now have our forever home. I would recommend Nicole Baxter to anybody purchasing a new home, or selling their home. She is polite, professional, punctual, and not afraid to joke around with their clients. This has been a great experience, and if we ever find ourselves looking for another home, she will be our first call.
