Excellent service, and usually not many customers so super fast service! David the manager helped us with some items, and he really went above what we expected. It’s so nice to find really great customer service still exists!

This branch is so disgustingly slow. It's pathetic. if you're going be that slow, have a lineup with one teller that is for quick things and a lineup for the other teller for situations that will take a long time. It is not fair to those people standing in a long line to have to wait 30-60 minutes for help. The attitude of the tellers is terrible. They just don't care. BMO has gone downhill. I know I will be moving all of my accounts to a different bank.

They are not professional at all. They don't know what are they doing. Chatting to each other and multitasking with couple customers instead of getting job done one by one. When you asking for the details of any promotions, they just ask you to check their website.

Phoned to make an appointment and wasn't greeted by a mechanical voice or "G'day mate".
Their voicemail service was very pleasant and after only a few prompts was talking to a human.
Walked into the branch and got an appointment with a financial advisor in an hour.
Talked to Amy and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Setup everything for me and gave me an hour of her time, never felt rushed.

Made a bank account online. Was advised my bank card and welcome package would be sent within a week. A month went by and still no card. Called and was again advised my card was on the way and would arrive within a week. To no surprise, STILL no card. So I gave up and left it. And then they proceeded to email me
saying I owe almost $100 in banking fees. For a bank account I can’t use. Can’t even register for online banking, or use any of the banking features. Yet I’m still expected to pay for them. Extremely disappointed and hope effort will be made to resolve this on their end.
