I booked a viewing with Jason Julian days prior to the viewing only for Jason to have no-showed to the property. After calling him, he completely forgot about our booked viewing on top of the fact he did not inform me the property was already sold a day after booking the viewing.

The unprofessionalism was unfathomable, and his lack care resulted in me wasting both me and my contractor's allocated time.

My better half and I (who would soon become my fiance) had decided we were long overdue to purchase a home in the Norwood/Hastings area. We worked through a list of locations that interested us and were put at ease with Brenda's experience, honest opinion and professionalism throughout the entire process.
During what is supposed to be the most stressful occasion of a young couples life, we felt nothing but excited anticipation on getting into a house we immediately fell in love with. If there were any bumps in the road during this process, they were so small and so insignificant that they were easily overcome, and are now long forgotten.
Brenda did a fantastic job of making the process simple for us, she was always upbeat, professional and most importantly on our side. Given our experiences with her, I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor or buying agent.
Of course, it goes without saying that we would contact her ourselves in a heartbeat should we ever need her services in the future.

Brenda Calder, is incompetent, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. Brenda was my grandparents’ realtor when selling their home. They required a year-long closing from the date of sale, and Brenda presented them with an offer. Over and over we were told, this is a good offer, no conditions, etc. etc. etc. One year later, on moving day, the buyer did not have the funds secured to purchase my grandparents property. What kind of realtor accepts an offer without ensuring financing is available? We were lied to repeatedly, never received an apology, and my grandparents were left with two properties. After eleven days, the original buyer of their home was able to secure financing. We have been told this happens all the time, and that deals fall apart on moving day regularly. My grandparents’ belongings were on a moving truck and they were forced to live out of boxes with the bare necessities in their home for 5 days, as a result of the deal falling apart at 930 am on moving day. These are 80 year old seniors, with many comorbidities, who require a variety of equipment and medication to function on a day to day basis. We are fortunate that they survived this ordeal, and want others to be aware. We were told by her office manager that the buyer and lawyers were working diligently to secure funds and close the deal. The deal had been signed for a year! Brenda will leave you vulnerable to situations such as this. Do not trust her. Her license should be revoked and she should be ashamed of her behaviour.
