Wonderful experience. Ricky was very helpful and helped us explore all the options available for all inclusive packages. Ricky helped us with booking of our honeymoon trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica. I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with Anis Shah from Bains Travel, and I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided. One day before my uncles flight, Mr. Shah refused to assist with check-in or seat changes, stating that he could only helps with booking the ticket and nothing afterwards. He was extremely rude. This lack of support and dismissive attitude greatly impacted my perception of Bains Travel's customer service. I do no recommend this agency to anyone. They need to work on their customer service

Amy at Bains travel was very kind and helpful to find me good schedule and best price. We have been doing business with Bains travel for years.this time I did go to another travel agency the travel agent was great and very helpful I was to book my ticket with them.i called in the agent was helping me was off today another agent answer the phone I explained I need to book today but I have a request to change the date could please check for me this Lady was not friendly very abrupt and rude I asked her could you please be more polite her answer was what you want me to do that was it she lost a customer.i had discussed dates with Amy at Bains Travel I just called her back right away she was very pleasant and happy to help me.The people work for companies need to win customers not lose them.
