I have never left bad reviews but this property manager left me no choice.

Worst property manager i have ever seen. The property manager, Leslie Maclnnis’ not helpful with property matters AT ALL. I am a tenant who signed a sublease for a place that this company managed. I recently submitted a request for a document signed by the property manager for a government program. It specifically stated that property manager would be authorised to sign. Without asking any information nor explanation, the property manager just shut me out of the door and is not open to any discussion or questions. I ended have to go to the house owner for help and explanations which i don’t think that is the purpose of hiring a property manager

I warn all property owners about this company. I believe property manager should be responsible and attentive for property matters. This company has been blacklisted for my any property purchase in Canada

Thanks for looking into this, Greg. It’s not about getting my document signed or not. I am commenting because of Leslie’s attitude and handling.

It's good to get clarity on the sublease aspect from you. I was left in the dark because Leslie didn't explain her concerns about subleasing, which made things unclear for me. I don't think that justifies being dismissive of my inquiry.

As someone who signed a sublease, I think it's fair to expect the property manager to be respectful and open when handling questions. After all, final approval rests with the owner and subleaser, not me. Good communication is crucial in property management, but unfortunately, Leslie didn't meet that expectation.

I understand the lease terms, but I found Leslie's response dismissive and unhelpful. She didn't give me a chance to discuss or clarify things. I tried calling for an explanation, but she didn't pick up. The whole experience felt very unprofessional to me. Or maybe this is the normal practice of the company? Then i would not have any options which i hope thats not the case
