There's an employee who drives a White Hyundai who has the habit of blaring the "speakerphone" function in their car at 5:30am-6am. I don't really think someone should have to complain about something or to someone when the solution is simply just having the common courtesy to not blast your car volume when parked beside someone's home, or multiple for that matter.
Aside from being disruptive with the sound they create, they also blare their headlights into my neighbors windows. Completely unnecessary and rude to the people who live around and have the unfortunate experience of being connected to your lot.

And with others- that alarm system is godawful, but honestly more tolerable than hearing someone yapping through insulated walls and a motor vehicle.
