Natalie has been beyond great. When arranging travel she’s gone the extra mile to make my travel plans work. She’s very knowledgeable about fares, restrictions and rebookings which is such an asset considering those fine-print rules can be pretty nebulous. I’d recommend Natalie to anyone!!
