Where do I even begin? From day one Arms was ready to get things done. House after house in different price ranges to get a feel for the market. When I wanted to give up he stayed committed and confident that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Arms Bumanlag single-handedly restored my belief in realtors. I am not the one to sugarcoat what most have seen happen in the housing industry and many people jumping onto realtor bandwagon when times were great. Houses selling in a day, multiple offers well over asking, questionable practices to drive up prices that didn’t really help buyers or sellers. We chose to NOT sell our home in that market because we didn’t want to partake in bidding wars with desperate buyers during our purchase of new home. We were very hesitant to even use a realtor in the process of selling our home and buying our new home. On the advice of my wife, we decided to cold-call Arms who recently sold a home down the street from us. He agreed to meet with us at our home and discuss how he would approach process of selling our home and buying our next home.

Arms was a breath of fresh air from the moment we met. Well-spoken professional who radiates positive energy. After speaking with, I immediately felt that he is very honest and trustworthy, and he outlined how he would market our home. He didn’t promise us huge returns, explained market trends and how to best position our home in the very quickly changing market. He gave us great advice on how to best position ourselves for the purchase of our new home and the leverage of selling our home at the right price. Arms and his team put together an amazing advertising campaign highlighting our home. They did not just simply toss our home on MLS and waited for calls. The effort he puts in makes him stand head and shoulders above the realtors in our area. The exposure he provides and the amount of time and energy he puts into TARGETED advertising of your home is unmatched. Our home hit MLS on Friday, and in a very soft market where price of homes are on the ride down, he sold our home in just 5 days for well over asking.

But that is only half the story. Now that we sold our home, we were on a hunt for our next home. Arms shifted gears and got into search mode. He carefully listened to us and understood what we wanted. We would send him homes we would like to see and Arms would never question why we want to see the home, or that we want to see 4-5homes back to back. He would call realtors and schedule everything at times that were convenient for us. Want to see the home 2nd or 3rd time, Arms will never say no. Once we circled the drain, and had few potential homes, Arms carefully strategized with us on what the home is worth, how to best approach the seller. Most importantly, Arms main goal is to protect his clients best interests no matter what. He did not push us one moment in any direction. At no point did we feel Arms was motivated with biggest profit, but rather that we buy the best home that is the most financially sound for us. When the negotiations were tough, he stood strong with us as if he was purchasing a home for his own family. He will never give you a wrong answer, and if he isn’t sure about something, he doesn’t hide the fact that he draws on experience of his business partner Ron, and that speaks volumes about what kind of person he is.

At the end, we were able to secure a great deal on a beautiful home and I don’t believe for a second that we would have been able to secure this home without Arms Bumanlag at our side.

He is a wonderful person, a loving husband and a father who somehow manages to carve out, what seems like, unlimited time for his clients He has most definitely earned our gratitude, respect, our business and a friendship for life. Don’t ever change the way you are Arms!
