Not satisfied at all. We had agreed on what she would be able to provide to me in terms of rate and amortization period over the phone and over email, everything was written and agreed before we sign the contract. Right after we signed, everything changed and she sent me mortgage contract with a longer amortization period than what we agreed on without even pointing that out. Had I not been careful, I would have lost thousands of dollars in interest and fees. We had to cancel the deal, in the meantime I lost lots of time and the interest rates went up and I had to find another mortgage.
