Great service over the years with moves and changes. From the first time I met Phillip I was impressed. Phillip never sold anything he consulted and explained the options for our individual needs and took the time to put together a package that gave us piece of mind and made sense. Luckily we never had to many misfortune but when we needed it was worth it. Every few years I get some quotes from on- line offers etc. They are all tamplate covers. I am sticking with Phillip.

I have been with this brokerage for 5 years and have not had any issues with them, I get my policy renewals on time and if I have questions regarding prices or coverages, they respond immediately. I was personally emailed about the sudden passing of my then agent who was also a near and dear friend and that I do not have to worry as another reliable agent Teresa Klubinski has taken over my file.

Teresa contacted me via phone and email to introduce herself as well as informed me about the new coverages.

Even my parents are insured through them and they handled my mother's claim smoothly, the agent directed us on the next steps and followed up with us to see how the claim was handled and if my mother was doing well.

I would recommend giving the Ambroziak and Rao team a call if you are looking for better rates and services.

I recently inquired about the quote for auto and property insurance with this brokerage. I was extremely happy with the excellent customer service provided by Lidia. I was able to get the price that was fair and comparable to other insurance companies. Lidia was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional and answered all my all questions.
