Visited Banff in July with my 9 yr old son to go camping. Our guide Matt reached out a few days ahead to ask what we had in mind. There was rainy weather so he was eager to be flexible to move to morning which looked better. Close to our scheduled time to meet it was pouring and he suggested let's wait an hour and hope it clears. It cleared and we had a nice long window of good weather even a long stretch of sun. Matt let us choose from a couple of ideas he had... our favorite was a multi-pitch route on the Runderhorn. Again, we needed some flexibility to first make sure no climbers were already there above us... and... great continued luck (!!)... noone else was ahead of us. The Runderhorn multi-pitch idea was perfect and we had a great time. I think it was scheduled for half a day, but with the weather challenges I believe we went much longer. Plenty challenging for what we hoped for with some fantastic pictures too. It was also great to have a guide for just the 2 of us rather than being in a large group...very customized to what we wanted to do. Our entire trip was great, but this outing was by far the highlight. Highly recommend Alpine Air Adventures and sure hope we get to come out again. Thank you again Matt and keep up the great work!

I had such a wonderful experience hiking with Jacob from AAA. My first time exploring Banff and Jasper. This hiking trip has left me a life-time memory. Each day we did a hike with different terrains but all with amazing views of lakes, alpine mountains and glaciers. Thank you for a wonderful tour and great service by Jacob.

My guide Sean took me up an amazing route on Tunnel Mountain, he was friendly, helpful, professional and full of good chat whilst making sure I was confident and safe the entire time. It was an amazing experience and I absolutely loved it, I would absolutely recommend Apline Air Adventures to anyone. All the other staff in the office were lovely too and everyone was so helpful and welcoming! Thanks again Sean for a great day!

We had such a wonderful experience with Alpine Air! We took the five day hiking trip. Our guide, Jacob was highly knowledgeable, giving us information about history, hiking, plants, and local suggestions. He was very patient and carefully planned the hikes each day. Each day was absolutely perfect! It was, without a doubt, one of the best guided hike experiences we have ever taken. We highly recommend this company! Can’t wait to return for a different adventure in the future.

I've been climbing with Jeff and later when he started AAA with the other AAA guides for almost 15 years. I've been on various peaks in the Canadian Rockies with them. I always feel safe and have confidence in the AAA guides. This year I brought along my daughter to introduce her to the mountain climbing. I was glad to hear that she enjoyed her experience as well. Great job, guys and girls of AAA!

I had a great experience with ice climbing this weekend. Braeden explained everything in details, we got our equipment and went to Grassy Trail parking lot for our adventure to begin . It was amazing weather and Braeden was very helpful with all we needed.

Our hike through Larch Valley to Sentinel Pass was made memorable thanks to Greg, our knowledgeable guide. He maintained the group's cohesion and timed our journey to ensure we had plenty of breaks to enjoy our surroundings. This hike was packed with breathtaking moments. I highly recommend Alpine Air Adventures for any Banff excursion.

Took the AST1 course last week with Tamara D and she was super friendly and knowledgeable. It was interesting hearing her previous experiences in the backcountry and we learned a lot. Richard was prompt in replying to my initial inquiries about this course and Jeff followed up by personally delivering the Av cards that were not in our booklets. Looking fwd to taking more courses through AAA and likely a backcountry ski tour. Thanks so much! Mo
