Deeply Disappointed with BMW Financial – Terrible Attitude and No Willingness to Solve Problems

As a loyal BMW customer and owner of three BMW X5s, I expected a minimum level of professionalism and respect when dealing with BMW Financial Services. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been nothing short of infuriating and deeply disappointing.

The customer service representatives were rude, impatient, and completely dismissive. Throughout the call, I was constantly interrupted, talked over, and ultimately hung up on. They had no interest in listening or understanding my concern — just pushing their words onto me without letting me speak.

What’s worse — the moment I pointed out her unprofessional attitude and informed her that I would begin recording the call for accountability, she immediately hung up. That clearly shows she was never trying to resolve the issue, only to assert power and avoid responsibility. That kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable from a brand that claims to value its customers.

I’ve supported BMW for years and purchased multiple vehicles, but this level of treatment shows a complete lack of respect for loyal clients. If this is the standard at BMW Financial, then the brand’s premium image means nothing.

BMW – retrain your financial customer service team, revisit your values, and understand that respect is the foundation of any premium experience. Without that, there’s no loyalty — only regret.

Right now, I’m seriously reconsidering any future commitment to this brand.

I would give them zero stars... but unfortunately I can’t. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They do not care about their clients. We asked for a simple date change for our payments, and they said that due to the fact we has requested a date change 3 years ago they would not allow another . Terrible customer service, and very inflexible terms.

If I can I'd give it a zero star rating. Their service is horrible, I've purchased my first vehicle and was put with this company. So each payments because they told me they don't have Electronic payments I had to go to the post office and pay via money order. Which only added 2 percent for the late payments Disgusting service also. DON'T GO THROUGH THIS FINANCIAL GROUP
