I had the pleasure of dealing with Julie Waters today and I must say she was the best insurance agent I have ever dealt with!!!

She was vary patient in my request and all the questions I had and she was so knowledgeable in finding me the best possible rate!

Julie made it easy and reassuring that trading in my vehicle would be simple with having the coverage on the old and adding the new vehicle right away.

She is a true asset to the all state team and I look forward to dealing with her again!!!

After I got off the phone with her, she contacted my dealership to give then all the info they needed to make sure I was good to pick up my new car without any hassle!

Unfortunately I was canceled due to me getting upset regarding the contractor sent to structurally repair carport. I explained that dogs were present and caution was required. Brad nails were left in lane one of my neighbours dog ingested it. I also explained nails were not to be exposed beyond the supports 3 dogs required stitches. Gates left open dogs got out. So yes I got upset. Right wrong Hey I love my doggies. So now I have to pay 300 month insurance and I’m disabled and low income. Personally when a gentleman retired from there it went down hill.
Proceed with caution dealing with All state.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Julie Waters on the phone from this branch, and she was very kind, polite, and patient with me! I was a bit lost in figuring out what exactly it was that other insurance companies had been requesting for a quote, and Julie helped me out and explained it to me, I needed a letter of previous insurance experience, and she explained to me what it was, what it was for, and why other insurance companies requested it when I said that I was confused. Overall, Julie was a blessing to speak to about this matter, and is a wonderful agent! Next time you call Allstate, I’d definitely reccommend asking for Julie Waters. This lovely lady deserves a raise for the good she’s doing!

I had some free time today and really needed to review my policies with an Allstate Agent. I called to find out if they could see me today. My call got sent through to the Allstate call center but they were able to contact the location directly and was told that I could stop by any time within business hours. I was seen quickly without an appointment. Julie was an absolute pleasure to work with and provided some great insights on updating my car and home insurance policies. Looking forward to working more with Julie in the future.

I dealt with Agency Assistant Emma M. And she was fantastic. Answered my questions, resolved my concern and followed through in a timely manner. Not something that is very common in insurance industry as after gaining your initial business the service drastically falls off. Emma definitely saved a client for All State Insurance Company. My husband and I were clients of Allstate insurance for 26 years for home insurance. We never made a claim in all those years with the exception of last Fall 2024. The hardwood in my hall way popped. When we pulled up the hardwood the parquet floor underneath had popped (50+ years old). We had a shower leak from years before which we fixed. We had a roof fire years ago (10+ years) that resulted in some water damage that we also fixed - no claim.

Allstate sent in a company when we made a claim last October, to assess the damage. The claim was denied stating we didn't fix water damage from years ago which of course we did. Yesterday I got a registered letter in the mail cancelling my insurance. The claim was denied in October 2024. The letter came yesterday, end of March 2025. The letter stated 'due to poor house keeping and pervious water damage the policy will be cancelled'. I have had molly maid clean the unit every 2 weeks for the past 12 years - I spent over $35 000 for this service. Now Allstate cancels my insurance based on my 'poor house cleaning' - Wow. No one from the company called me or my husband or came to my property, just a letter cancelling my insurance after 26 years for what seems to be made up reasons. If they can cancel my policy after 26 years on 1 claim that was denied then they can do it to you. Beware of Allstate they take take take your money, increase premiums and cut you loose when you need them. Horrible company. If you're reading this, please jump ship to another insurance company before they do the same to you!!

Julie was very helpful in assisting me with my auto and home policy. I have been with Allstate for many years and have always had great dealings with all the people who work there. Sadly being able to save over $85/mth(home and auto combined) is the only reason I have chosen to leave.
