Always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Any time I’ve had a question or needed support, they’ve responded quickly and made the process easy and stress-free. Went here today to inquire for auto insurance policy. Though we didn’t booked an appointment , we’re lucky because there’s no longer period wait times. One of their staff accommodates us right away. We were easily able to speak with one of their insurance agents named Chelsea, she was very nice, professional and very pleasant with us. She was very patient in getting our records and information and find us a really amazing insurance policy that will worked on our budgets and needs. If ever you need an amazing and professional insurance agent, I highly recommend Chelsea. She’s done a great job. We are very happy and satisfied with our quotes and with peace of mind knowing that we are in good hands. Thank you again, Chelsea for helping us with our insurance needs.

Buying auto and home insurance can be a daunting process nowadays with the abundance of options, policy limitations, and snake oil sales tactics. I walked in to allstate one afternoon and experienced insurance broker Taylor answered my questions and actively searched for the the best rates/coverage for me. I imagine a claims process would also go smoothly with the team helping you deal with the specific insurance company. These reviews are no lie, their approach to business is bully.
Excellent service. Straight forward results. 100% recommendation.

Absolutely brutal service. 42 minutes on hold only to be told, sorry, our systems are down, you'll have to call back later. What? I'm not going to fight to be your customer!!! You can't call me back? I just want to renew my policy and spend money there. On to the next agency I guess.

Your response once again is I can contact you? I've already done that, and your people couldn't care less to simply renew my policy or call me back when 'your systems are up' so I don't have to stay on hold for an hour for the second time. I have several policies and they'll all be going elsewhere along with everyone I can possibly steer away from your organization. What a waste of time. Once again, your service can only be described as brutal. Everyone should stand up and refuse to accept this garbage, and hopefully when poor service providers go out of business, we'll be just left with quality.

This agency operates with a serious lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability. I was left completely in the dark about what I was being charged, despite multiple requests for written confirmation. When I raised legitimate concerns, my broker deflected responsibility, and when I escalated to the manager, Amanda, I received no meaningful follow-up whatsoever. The entire experience felt dismissive, disorganized, and deeply unprofessional. If you value clear communication and basic respect as a client, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Never go with Jinhee Choi. She is actively helping clients only when enrolling them in but provides zero service to them afterwards. I had some questions about my policy and coverage and contacted her but she didn't even want to listen to me at all and just directed me to the customer service (call centre). Her response sounded like she is not in charge any of her existing clients. I know some other Allstate agents are actively helping their existing clients with questions about their policies but she doesn't. I have no idea why she is listed as my agent when she is not providing me with any help.
