If you’re in need of auto insurance in the Edmonton area, I highly recommend Kimberly Demchuk. We’d been using Inova for a few years because of the Costco discount but insurance companies are leaving Alberta in droves due to the high cost. Inova has become increasingly impossible to contact and they forced us onto a new company last year when our original one pulled out of Alberta. They’re located in Ontario anyway, have no idea of Albertans needs.p, and are very impersonal.

Kimberly addressed our current situation in great detail, spent the time to ascertain our needs and then came up with a quote from Allstate that was slightly higher than our company policy. However, Allstate offers discounts up to 30% for agreeing to download an app that tracks driving habits. Kimberly was able to offer us 10% of the discount up front. The discounts can help offset the upcoming annual mandatory raises imposed by a provincial government that could care less what consumers can afford.

Unlike big impersonal companies, Kimberly is always available within 24 hours or less to answer any questions or concerns and she also has an assistant just in case she’s unavailable. Her knowledge of the Alberta market is worth switching because the government is switching to a no fault system they say will save money but everyone knows only enrich her political party. Kimberly is able to help negotiate through the changes that are still occurring due to her extensive experience and knowledge. We highly recommend here and thank her for making an unpleasant experience a bit easier

Kim Demchuk is definitely the person to deal with when it comes to insurance! She is always so happy and easy to talk to, plus she saved us a lot on our home and auto insurance.
I also really appreciate that I can trust her and she’s not just pushing sales. I have an old vehicle on a policy that I’ve had for years.
