Jerwin was an excellent advisor for our home and auto insurance! He was very patient and answered all of my questions and gave great advise! He coached me about going on line and having access to our insurance and pinks . I will definitely recommend Allstate and have them ask for Jarman anytime! I really appreciate his service and the savings we have made on our policy.

Jerwin is the worst agent i have ever dealt with. He lied to me and blamed me for him not responding to my email for 2 weeks.
I have had other brokers and insurance agents for the 30 years i have had insurance so Jerwin is not the first person i dealt with. I only used him because i called allstate and he randomly answered the phone. I was referred to someone else at Allstate hours later but i was told i was stuck with him. Here is the story - I was told right off the bat about Drivewise and Jerwin told me that i would need to redo the app monitoring every year to maintain my discount. this seemed odd as i know others who used it once and have had the same discount for 5 years plus. So i asked him again and again he confirmed i needed to use it every year. this is not true and glad to find a new Allstate agent that will tell me the truth
Then recently i wanted to add my son to my policy or have him get his own. I asked many questions and only got an answer that was asking for my sons information to get a policy set up for him. He had zero interest in answering my questions. He just wanted to sell him a policy. When the time came to get my son coverage - i had emailed Jerwin again - email was the primary source of communication- i had no response for over 2 weeks. When i told him i wanted to deal with someone new. He gave me a number to call - it was his own direct line- unbelievable. He then wanted to review my email to see what happened and he told me that my email was confusing and he wasnt clear what i wanted - So he ignored it? and its now my fault he didn't call me or email me for clarification - that kind of poor customer service is inexcusable. I am in sales and if i blamed a client for me not calling them for 2 weeks because their request was not clear i would be fired.
I would recommend anyone to stay away form Jerwin and his agency. I contacted a new allstate office and was given the answers i wanted. When i contact them they get back to me in reasonable time frames.
i want to nothing from this allstate office- this review is just to give people a warning
