If I could give this place zero stars I would. Not only are the wait times ridiculous, there is no longer an in person agency in Brockville so everything HAS to be done online or through the phone. So if you want to have a question answered be prepared to wait 30+ minutes just to reach a person on the phone. Sure, you can do stuff on the app or website or whatever they have, but I'm the type of person that likes to talk on the phone to get my questions answered. I've been hung up on by some reps just because! I am incredibly friendly to those that work and never lose my temperature because I know that they're just doing their jobs so being hung up on is incredibly rude.

Just now, I waited around 20 minutes to cancel my contract and my partner had a question, so I told the gentleman to wait but he just hung up without even saying a goodbye. So now, I've been on the phone for another 33 minutes and still no answer. I would NOT recommend this company for any type of insurance if you want to get through and connect with someone.

Abhorrent service!
I needed to update my insurance as I was leasing a new car so I called the Brockville Allstate number from the dealership.
I sat on hold for over 30 minutes and then gave up.
Tried the Kingston number, same result.
Miraculously the dealership got through to the manager of the Brockville branch who promptly stated he couldn't help and that we had to go through "customer service"!
I even sent a request by email, which promised to be returned in 5 business days.
I sent it on the 9th!
Still waiting!
What a joke!
This was not the first time this has happened, and I will definitely be shopping around for a new carrier!
If I could, I would have rated this experience a -5!

Our agent was friendly, but incompetent. Any time he did anything, he did it wrong- updating an address, adding a coverage (wrong dates, wrong price, put through even though I refused it...). Luckily for the agency, he has left. Unluckily for me, it's now nearly impossible to reach anyone. Can't reach anyone at the Brockville location, my calls just go to a call center. I was never informed that he left or given an alternate contact. I had been emailing him with no response, no bounce, no out-of-office message... finally looked on LinkedIn and it turns out he has been gone for several months. Looking forward to switching carriers at our renewal date.

Abhorrent customer service. Untrustworthy. Try to call with questions or policy changes? Make sure you have 20-30 minutes to wait on hold for a remote agent to take your call. No more local phone number or office. They only get 1 star because the site made me select something!

Very disappointed they don't offer the real contact at the office. I am thinking of changing them for other direct human customers services. Tired of long waiting telephone calls.

Dealing Winmar has been a nightmare. They only needed to replace a shed that was flattened by a tree.
Upon inspection of the installation for starts roof not attached and buckled in one spot, Door on I upside-down, edges dont meet +++ many parts not installed. I hav pus.
