My name is Steve Sharma
I have been with this company for a while. My sales rep all of sudden stop responding to my calls and my emails. The service is so bad , they will never call you back. Every time I call them, they say sure no problem someone will call you. But they never do. Worst company to deal. I wish I can get this changed. Just waiting for my renewal. Very long waiting on the phone, and then they hand up on you or don't bother coming back to the line. They think their clients have all the time in the world. Even today I called, and was told hold on and I'll be back by sales rep. But never came back on the line. I was waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I have a screenshot. Then I called back waited for 45 minutes again. But no response. I would never recommend any one to this company.

Worst customer service to call if you need to follow up claims or any inquiries. Long wait time been holding on the phone and the assigned Claim Advisor are either not responding back to my claim despite of several follow up calls, voicemails and text message. Now my transactions with the auto body shop are on pending because of this unnecessary delay. They do not take their customer seriously, they only after on your payment if you are delayed. Been on this insurance company for more than 3years formy combined home and auto but yet the service are not even great nor improved!..I wished I can find a better insurance company/agent. Very frustrating!!

The amount of effort and dedication Nadir put into organizing our international documents for our auto policy is truly commendable! He worked well past opening hours to make sure everything was in order and done correctly. Fantastic work! I have been trying for days to reach allstate by phone and I hold until I get cut off by them, and try again to have the same thing happen. The system worked so well when Airdrie answered their own phones. For the amount of money we pay for Insurance you would think they could get someone to answer the phone. My insurance is over 7,000.00 come on Allstate!!!!

When you sign up for a policy, they treat you amazingly well and now its been more then a.month to.follow on my claim, then they say please call 1800 number. We cant help you with this. Never again going with them
