This insurance company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They constantly change policies without my consent, making everything confusing and unfair. Their customer service is a nightmare — agents never answer calls, and when they do, they’re unhelpful. It feels impossible to get any clear information or support. They are completely unprofessional and unreliable. Save yourself the frustration and go with a more trustworthy company.

The rudest and most arrogant poorest customer service I have ever experienced with an insurance agent regarding home -car - personal and whatever else you can think of!

With having an insurance policy with your company 7+ years and giving you my hard earn money for an insurance policy your "trained" and "certified" staff have the audacity to treat people disrespectfully......and quite honestly based on the 1 star reviews that are posted and the amount of complaints that are linked to your company location says a lot and should've been more prepared getting into a conversation with your agents.

Customer service? Non existent. On hold for over an hour. Claim Adjuster also non existent after over 20 calls still no response from him.

UPDATE: Its been over a month and the body shop had to reach out to me because they can't get a hold of our adjuster: JULIAN BURGOS.

We've sent multiple emails and called numerous times with no success. What a joke of a company... I'll be switching as soon as possible.

Really disappointed in the services at this location. I’ve been trying to get a hold of my agent since November, have received letters about issues on my account and have even connected with the office email and not a single person has got back to me since November. Now my account is on the verge of cancellation and I can’t even get a hold of customer support. I’ve got extra fees because of this, to pay for. Be so careful with these guys— go to cooperators instead on holiday Inn drive! Dwight Bennett is amazing!

Good afternoon! This afternoon, I spoke to an Allstate Agent in Cambridge named 'Krupal. I was calling for a friend who is away in the Philippines until April 2025, about an issue for her Car Insurance. I want to sincerely thank Krupal, who was exceptionally helpful in providing the information that I needed. I have passed that info. on to my friend by email. Krupal explained in detail the exact steps we need to follow to resolve this matter, which turns out only to be a 'form' that my friend forgot to complete and send in. Krupal said he will forward the form to my friend by Email immediately, so she can sign and complete it, and forward it back to Allstate. Krupal made everything so easy for us. Everyone these days should be very appreciative whenever someone is so helpful and pleasant! So, Krupal, you are a definite asset to Allstate, which I am sure they are already aware of! I wish more people were like you. THANK YOU! All the best. Marlene

STAY AWAY FROM ALLSTATE. Absolutely horrendous customer service. I spent more than an hour on the phone trying to speak to someone, and was re-routed to Brampton. In the end, I was charged a $50 fee because I received a new credit card and they did not update the information in a timely manner before it was billed. They do not deserve my business or anyone else's.

I received an email stating that July's payment was returned from my financial institution. (I contacted my bank, shows no attempt was made at all). My banking information never changed. In the email, it says to contact your advisor which I did. After several emails/messages/phonecalls, I finally got an answer back. To be told that I need to make a payment over the phone for July payment aswell with August. So I made an payment, Allstate provided me with a receipt that everything was approved. My advisor advised me that he would be sending me an updated monthly payment to show that July & August has been paid.
Couple days later, I received an phone call from Allstate claiming that July payment was still unpaid for. I told the lady over the phone, I had made an payment for July & August with my advisor. (Shows that no communication was done what so ever).

I emailed my advisor that I received this phone call on Monday, and I still have yet to receive my monthly payment schedule to show that July & August has been paid. (Still waiting). He told me he would send it shortly. A day later, I received an email that my policy is risked at being cancelled. AGAIN, I emailed my Advisor, and still nothing

I have had alot of patience with my Advisor and All-State. But this very poor customer service. Shows that my needs are not being taken serious.

It is very easy to complain over the internet, but when you have tried MULTIPLE TIMES and continue to work with them. The client looks like they are only putting in the effort. Shows that they don't really care.
